I don’t have a computer. How do I watch the videos on my cell phone?
It is advised that you watch the videos on a computer for the best HD viewing experience, but to stream the videos on a cell phone click on any video link and hold until you are prompted to save the video on your phone.
I’ve successfully downloaded the videos, but I cannot get them to play on my media player. What should I do?
You can download VLC media player, which is a free video streaming service. Unlike Windows Media Player that doesn’t play .mov files, VLC can play many different video formats, including .mov files. You can download VLC media player here: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html.
The videos do not download when I click on them. How do I get the videos to download?
If you’re on a computer or laptop, simply right-click on a video link, select “Save link as” or “Save target as”, and choose where you’d like the video to be saved. If you’re on a tablet or cell phone, simply click on a video link, hold for a few seconds, and then save the video to your phone.
Another possibility is that you’re using a browser that doesn’t provide the “Save link as…” or “Save target as…” options. If this is your issue, I recommend downloading Google Chrome.
How do I cancel my active subscription before the end of the subscription period?
All memberships terminate after exactly one month from the date of purchase. There is no need to cancel at any time before that.

The process for downloading the videos on Macs is no different than that for PCs. As is mentioned above, simply right-click on a video link, select “Save link as” or “Save target as”, and choose where you’d like the video to be saved.
Oh no! I’m receiving a 404 error message whenever I visit the site! Why is that?
If this describes your situation, this usually means that you’ve exceeded the number of allowable password attempts with that device and have been blocked from the site.
